Is there a free tier?: No. Instead there is a 14-day Business Edition trial for up to 3 users: the full product experience, not a stripped-down version.
What does it cost, monthly or annual?: Business from €25 per user per month on annual list billing; monthly billing is available for flexibility at roughly a 20 percent premium. Enterprise is higher or custom.
Which currency?: You are billed in EUR on this site. A THB option is available for customers in Thailand.
Can I self-host?: Yes. Both editions support self-hosted deployment in a VPC, on-premises or air-gapped. Managed cloud is also available.
What is the difference between Business and Enterprise?: Enterprise adds SSO and SCIM, advanced MCP orchestration and white-glove deployment. Both editions include the tenant audit log with CSV export.
Do I need to bring my own API keys?: Yes. ocatis is BYOK: you connect your own provider accounts, and the keys stay encrypted in your deployment.
What happens after the trial?: Convert to Business yourself in the app, or book an Enterprise demo. Without conversion the tenant becomes read-only at day 14 and deactivated at day 44, with data preserved for 30 days after trial end.
Where do I manage billing?: In the app you manage plan and seat usage. Checkout, payment methods, invoices, receipts and cancellation run through your market operator's Invoice Ninja portal with separate portal credentials.
